About Charlie's Closet

Just a little background information regarding Charlie's Closet. Charlie's Closet was founded on 4th of August, 2009 on a spur of moment. Four friends were bummed since they searched high and low for a blog shop that catered to every customer's needs but to no avail. So, the idea just came out of the blue.

Paige got the idea first but then Jeslyn, Lans and Miao decided to join in as her partner so the four founders of this blog shop is born. But why the name Charlie's Closet? We strive...More?

A word of advice for those who are browsing the store. Please use the navigation we have prepared for you in the Navigation column. Just click on the images there like bags, apparels to proceed to the page for the items. DO NOT USE the archives or labels to browse through the shop as the items are not listed through there and the timeline in the order of how the items are listed are VERY INACCURATE. It will be awesome if you can follow the standard procedure we made to ensure that there won't be any confusions.

Also, the SHOP is not open for international buyers yet. We will but now's not the right time to do it. Please check back with us in the future. We might ship internationally then.

Payment Methods

We at Charlie's Closet are a bit unique from other blog shops. In order to be able to get everything done as soon as possible and ensure that you have the stock itself, SOME ITEMS ARE NOT DONE IN BATCHES so you don't really have to wait till a deadline just so we can process the orders.

NO. We don't do that for most of the items sold here. Once we got your order confirmation e-mail and your FULL payment, we will pre-order your items at a certain time every two weeks on the 15th and the 30th so you can have full use of our services and don't have to wait for others!

For Payment Methods, we offer a selection of:

-> Bank Transfer (For our bank information, please e-mail either one of us.)
-> Meet-ups. We can do meet-ups at THESE locations only: the Mall, Kiulap, Maktab Duli, SMJA and lastly, UBD.

Please remember that we don't do CASH ON DELIVERY. Items will have to be paid in full before we make any orders.

Shipping & Handling

Here at Charlie's Closet, we try to comply with your schedules so we can deliver the goods to you in excellent condition.

Once your items arrived, we will either let you know by MSN (if you added us and you're online) OR phone number, then we can arrange the time and venue to fit in both our schedules.

This is a local blog shop in Brunei so we offer:

-> Pick-ups at selected locations only. (Gadong, Kiulap, SMJA, Maktab Duli and UBD)
-> For customers living in Seria and Kuala Belait, you will need to pay an extra small fee because the items will be sent to you instead using DHL or FEDEX related services.
