About Charlie's Closet

Just a little background information regarding Charlie's Closet. Charlie's Closet was founded on 4th of August, 2009 on a spur of moment. Four friends were bummed since they searched high and low for a blog shop that catered to every customer's needs but to no avail. So, the idea just came out of the blue.

Paige got the idea first but then Jeslyn, Lans and Miao decided to join in as her partner so the four founders of this blog shop is born. But why the name Charlie's Closet? We strive...More?

To navigate the site, click on the images below. We sell both MALE and FEMALE apparels, shoes and bags. Some are unisex. =) Please do not use the archives or labels to browse through as they're NOT accurate in terms of their posting dates.

For updates, there will be a separate blog post for that and it will list the newest items which we have added along with the date of adding.

Ques: Is it possible for us to add on to an order once the order has been sent?
Ans: We're sorry to say no. Once you fill in the form and sent it to us, that will be considered as a final order form already. No changes can be made during that time because the stocks need to be sorted out.

Ques: Is it possible to cancel our orders once it's been made?
Ans: No. It's not possible to do that. Once the order has been sent to us, there will be NO BACKING OUT so please think twice before sending your order over to us.

Ques: Do you have an open store in Brunei?
Ans: No. All the goods here are sold on our web page.

Ques: Are we only able to place order via the form?
Ans: Yes. Orders will only be processed via the ordering form. We do not accept orders by phone or MSN.

Ques: How do we pay?
Ans: For payment issues, please check the side bar for more information regarding it. For now, we only accept bank transfers and meet ups at certain areas only. For our bank information, please email anyone of us.

Ques: When do we pay?
Ans: Once you sent in the order via the order form, you will be contacted within 24 hours to discuss about the meeting point and time for you to pay us (for meet ups). Payment have to be done within 1 WEEK. Once payment is received, we'll order your items immediately.

Ques: What if the product is damaged?
Ans: If the product is damaged under our care, we will either exchange it with a similar item or exchange it with another item of the same price.

Ques: Is it possible to order something that is out of stock?
Ans: Items that are out of stock will have to wait for a period of time to get restock. But whether it will be available or not again is not clear. We advise our customers not to place any orders for out of stock items as we're not sure when it will be available again.

Ques: Do you ship internationally?
Ans: For now, no even when the e-mail form states otherwise. We do not ship internationally now nor will we entertain international customers for now. We WILL do it in the future so stay tune in for updates.

Ques: How long do we have to wait?
Ans: The products are usually ship to us via courier or EMS so items will take 1-1 month (depending on the delay of custom) to arrive. Once the items arrive, we will contact you by phone so please be sure to check them frequently for news.

Ques: What if the item I ordered is out of stock?
Ans: For out of stocks item, we're regrettably sorry for it. The amount of money for that item will be REFUNDED to you. Not a penny less.

Ques: How about the food? Is it available in stock at the moment?
Ans: Food is different. Food are not available in stock as in you can pick it up now, no. We aim to get them in a fresh condition so we will only order them once somebody place order for it.
